Looking for where to start.....I have researched and read many books on foreclosurers, I have also found websites like www.nhmsi.com that list REO properties. My question is how can someone just starting out make the contacts and be the first one to find these properties? I have the financial backing I just need to find property....any suggetions? Ideas?

P.S. I am new to this website as of about mid december and I can not tell you all how great it is to be part of something like this and how much i have learned from everyone elses questions/experiences! thanks to all who reply
