I am a beginner in foreclosures

My job is to basically call the people on the list and tell them I’m interested and see if there is any mutual interest

It has gone horribly so far

Most of them hate my guts and curse me out

I’m not offended but I want to find a way to be the one because every Single person I talk to doesn’t want to talk to me(almost)

Some of them are nice and say loan modification but how do I at least get my foot in the door to make them a offer. If anybody can please offer me any sales advice how to speak to them a script something I would truly appreciate it

Hi I am calling foreclosed properties trying to get a deal. Most of them do not answer. On average do you have any strategies on talking with people i am a beginner.
