Buying a house before Sheriff Sale
Dear experts,
I am currently interested in purchasing a home that will go to auction in about 3 weeks. I am looking at different options since I need to do financing. Could I assume the loan? I think is difficult for my bak to be able to process the loan in that short time period, How to get the Sheriff sale postponed? I really want to prevent the property to go to auction because (1) I do not have the cash for it and (2) I think I will get outbid.
Thanks so much,
