 No...No experienced agent is going to work with you. Forget everything you've learned about wholesaling. It's all a sham. It's a poor man's business model that doesn't work at the least & is highly illegal at the most.

If you want to make money finding distressed sellers & hooking them up with investor buyers you need to become an agent.
