Is anyone familiar with the strategy to help owners who have been foreclosed on to obtain there unclaimed funds?

hooked on overages google it..  its old old thing.. and not well liked in many areas.

lots of work you need to have the skills and tools of a private investigator.. 

its not a get rich easy deal.
