Marketing to Florida Pre-Foreclosures right before auction sale?

Does anyone still market to pre foreclosure property lists in areas like Broward County or Miami Dade County?  I'm not talking about when the Lis Pendis first comes out, I'm talking a couple weeks or even days before the county auction sale.  What about the county tax deed sale lists, is it worth marketing those lists?   I know there was complete saturation on these about 3 years ago.

@Elliott Stern go after them for sure. I do and they are some of the best deals. Who cares if 20 people go. Investing is about people not just property. Mean people are mean and nice people are nice. They were mean before you got there. That's how they act to everyone, but nice people act nice. You'll only know which one they are once you talk to them. If the problem isn't solved weeks before the sale, they will either be stubborn and go down with the ship or they will be more motivated to act now that time is running out. Either way, be respectful and speak in win/ win terms.
