HUD Repair Escrow

So I have been looking at some HUD properties and I notice that HUD properties have Repair Escrow. I am able to see the details of this escrow in the Property Condition Summary. Investors with experience in HUD properties. How accurate are these Repair Escrow amounts if my goal is to use the property as a rental? I plan to do my own due diligence, but I was just curious what other investors experienced.
