How Do I Make My Offers Directly To The Lising Agent Via Email.
I have MLS access and would like to make offers on REO's directly to the listing agents. I have POF letter what should I send over with my POF letter and email? I have several P&S Agreements but I'm not sure if I should use these for offers directly to listing agent. Any info would be appreciated..

Use a letter of Intent and send that over in an email.
That is how I have been doing. They will create the P & S.
