Getting a Loan under LLC has been a problem for me.. I had the LLC for 5 years.

I bought the first property under LLC name, but was not able to get equity loan. My LLC has a partner and we both have good regular job. Subsequently, we bought under our own name and got equity loans without problem.

We are contemplating buying a plot of land and have a builder who wants to build a house, and sell it and split the profit. In this case ownership is two of us who have an LLC and other is solo and is a builder. So land ownership would be on our name but house will be build by someone. What are our risks as land owners? Thanks.

Wondering how much you paid for the deal in that area and what the rent would be.
