My dad and i plan on getting a foreclosure and while we live in it fix it and flip it, my dad was a carpenter for 30 years and I’m an electrician. Now is it worth buying a membership to a HUDforclosure website? Where’s the best place to look? I’ve also been driving around physically looking and found a few but just want to see what you guys have to say about it
