House didn’t sell on HomePath, what happens next?
Hi all,
I’ve been watching a house in my local area that was in Fannie Mae HomePath site for over a month. It went pending and now I see that a sheriffs deed was filed last week with the buyer as Fannie Mae at a much lower price than what it was listed at.
So my question is, what happens now? How can a make an offer or purchase this home if it’s no longer on homepath or listed for sale? Will it come back onto Homepath eventually?
Thanks!

Yes, it will come back. The title transfer means nothing, just a procedural thing.
