Getting Paid for Releasing Notice of Option?

I've never done this before, but have read how some Investors have recorded a Notice of Option, and because they were force to go A - C had a good enough deal where they had their end buyer pay a fee to release their Option. Has anyone been successful in doing this, and if so do you have a copy/example of the verbiage used? Thanks for any help in advanced.

A "Conditional Release from Contract" is part of the package that a PA attorney offers here:

You might be able to contact the attorney through that website to ask him more.
