Looking for Real Estate investment in Lake Charles La area

Good Morning,

I am currently working on a long term industrial project in Lake Charles La. I should be here for roughly 1.5 years. I am looking for a foreclosure/REO/Short sale property to purchase, clean up and move my family into. After the project is complete, my plan is to add this property to my newly established rental property portfolio. I am not familiar with this area so some local guidance would be great! Any suggestions?
