Hello I have Auction.com questions do they have fees?

How many use auction.com what are the pros and cons? Do they have fees? I know to bid at court house you have to have $10,000 and that goes towards purchase price but someone told me they have hidden fees you wont see until you have already won and go to pay the final purchase price. I seen the fees listed when its online auction and not at a court house and it doesn't show any auction.com fees.

Look for the words "Buyers Premium" in the terms ... could be 3, 5, 10%+ added to your winning bid.
