This appears to be a county auction though since the home is listed in the county (parish in LA.) auction

There is a home that I found on Auction.com (actually initially found on Zillow) that is also listed as coming up for the local county auction.  Can someone tell me why it would be listed in both places?  How would it be a local auction and online auction at the same time?  Or am I missing something?
