Maybe just made a great contact!
In the course of quoting an insurance job to replace a couple pieces of siding I talked with the property manager and told her what I am doing. She told me she knows a lot of folks in trouble and told me she would refer people to me who needed to sell before foreclosure.
Anyone else talk to property managers for leads? Seems like a good idea.
Fun stuff. The siding job was a referral from my business insurance broker. I also fixed their building a couple of years back when a guy had a heart attack and launched his truck fully into their office.

Sam,
It is great anytime you get any type of lead. Make sure you qualify each lead. The more leads you have, the better your chances are of finding deals.
