How soon can we sell a tax deed property (King County WA)?
We plan to buy tax deed properties through auction at King County WA. However, we'd like to know below information:
1. Do we need to file quiet claim action right away after buying the property in order to get a clear title?
2. Can we be able to get a title insurance right away from any title company?
3. How soon we can sell a tax deed property after tax deed auction? 4. Which liens will survive with a tax deed sale? ( a judgement can be survived with the property as well as IRS lien?)5. Once win the auction, what type of deed that king county will issue?
6. Does King County has redemption period after tax deed sale? if so, how many years?
