If you've seen some of the recent videos, you'll remember that I talked to a broker and he gave me the thumbs up on working with more of his agents.

He shortly afterward gave my agent a bunch of listings within the office. I called one of them today. It went great! after chatting about 20 mins, it dawned on me to record this one as well.
