Getting a Realtor on Your Team w/ Short Sales

Earlier today as promised, James and I spoke to another Realtor. It wasn't the greatest call but its all there a-z, damn near everything you're going to need to know when speaking with a Realtor. It was a total of about 30 mins broken up into three 10 minute videos as follows

Be warned, this is an actual conversation, not some made up GURU crap and I'm not selling anything at the end of the videos, matter of fact, I don't even mention any website, product or best thing since sliced bread. This was a real call.

Also, a heads up for everyone. I just did another 4 videos of myself chatting with an agent I've already done deals with about marketing, getting leads and working with her broker and the other agents. One of the videos is my conversation with the broker himself.

Get this, not 30 mins later, We've already got 2 listings with another agent in his office and he's sending out an email telling all of his other agents that its ok to work with me etc......

Next video as soon as I'm done uploading these 4 will be of the initial call to the other listing agent within his office that has the short sale listing.
