There is absolutely nothing illegal again nothing illegal about my investment strategy and I resent you even hinting that there might be.The only reason my investment strategy is going to work is because even now at 1 a.m I'm still researching,checking properties,crunching numbers etc while a lot of investors are asleep And certainly not because I'm trying to acquire property illegally !

Again these homes have no mortgage there are no banks involved.I know it's hard for some of you guys to understand because of the hot and in demand markets that you invest in.

Thanks for your replies to answer some of your questions I no longer work in the property preservation industry,To be honest, you guys are buying all the houses up.My point was that I have insider knowledge gained over years.Now to my investment strategy,I have found a niche in several markets that would allow me to purchase and renovate properties for under $10,000 per with a ARV of between $25,000 and $45,000 depending on the area the only problem is they are purchased via quit claim deed,Now you experienced investors know what this means.So what I will do is rent these properties to guaranteed tenants while I file a quiet title action.Now I have painted the some broad strokes here but I can't give all my secrets away.So basically your initial investment pays itself off inthe first year.Thats like buying a house for $100,000 and charging almost $10,000 a month for rent.

I run a company that takes care of reo's for the banks basically I lock them up,clean them out,tarp the roofs and anything else you can think of(and yes I still have the keys)I have a investment strategy that if I told you the ROI you wouldn't believe me.So where are the investors?My project is like owning sunlight when it was dark,buying IBM when it was an IPO.It seems like unless I have done 50 deals or have a 800 credit score I'm **** out of luck.Just Saying!
