....who is about to go into foreclosure. She wants to short sale her home, so she contacted me. I told her, "I don't do short sales and I don't even know how!" So I told her I would try to help and that's why I'm here talking to you......not her.....you!!

Is there some money to be made for me here? If so, how much? Should I contact a short sale dude and tell him/her what I got?

Is this totally unethical since I kinda know her?
