Unauthorized Advertising of our Property

We bought a tax lot and it is recorded 4/5/2017. Today we found a scammer advertising our property for sale as he has many tax lots advertised that he doesnt own and will find a buyer before he orders a tax statement then buys the property usually with a 35k finder or assignment fee. What can we do about this illegally advertising our property for sale in Jacksonville Florida ?

Call the number and tell him you have a check ready, meet him and bring a bat?
