Different agents per flip
When I approach a new Realtor I ask them to present my strategy to their broker before I go any further. A lot of the brokers aren't going for it. Are any of you buying from one brokerage firm on the A-B and selling with a different firm on the B-C?

99% of agents do not get how it works. They want to be the one handling negotiations etc. They become a hindrance more than a help.
If there is not a listing agreement on the A-B, then they do not get paid. My listing agreements are for the B-C side only.
