Special Warranty Deed With Sale Price

Hi, I just got the mail and opened my Special Warranty Deed from Lenders Services on an REO I purchased in October. Across the front was: For and inconsideration of..THE SALE PRICE!

Here, it has always been customary to put Ten Dollars, Other Good and Valuable Consideration....as the sale price is confidential, now they have made it public record, I'M PXXXED!

Anyone have this before with LENDERS SERVICES?
I'm really surprised the Recorder didn't call! Offices are closed now, but in the morning.....well!
