Between Short Sale and Foreclosure
I recently made an at-market offer on a short sale property and the property went into foreclosure. My RE agent tells me there's nothing to do now but wait until the property comes back on the market as an REO. Is there any way to get to the bank directly and negotiate a deal? Thanks.
