Has anyone here ever bought a tax lien/deed to a multi-unit (small apartment complex......or large) via tax sale?

1. What condition was the complex?

2. Where tenants in place?  If yes did you keep or evict them?

3. Did you have issues with the previous property management company if one was in place?

4. Did it get redeemed?

5. Did you keep the purchase a secret from family and friends? (Lol will expand later)

6. Oh...this should be first, what steps did you take to take possession?

7. What home/property security-servalence system did you use?

8. Did you involve a lawyer?
