Foreclosure auction Junior Lien

Help! A couple months ago, i purchased a property at the foreclosure auction on what i thought was a first lien. The title company assured me that it was the first and that they would insure it. Well, It turned out to be the second. The first has now put a NOD and intent to sell on the property. I recorded the deed to the property but didnt get title insurance and now, the title company will not insure because of the NOD. What are my options now? Please help.
