First Foreclosure Property Needing some advice

Hey BP family I have been reading and listening to podcast for sometime now and have run into a pre-foreclosure property but I want to make sure I'm going about this the right way. During my search on court docs it seem the property was actually sold in Feb.2016 then the sale was set aside and voided. It seems like the owner filed a bankruptcy to delay the foreclosure, at this point what are my options? Should I go to the bankruptcy trustee or deal directly with the home owners? Looking forward to hearing from well seasoned foreclosure strategist!!

As always #Happy Networking
