My first property is a condominium locates in Brookline and am closing a multi family which will need a lots of work in Waltham. Now I would like to get some experiences in foreclosures and please please share some information with me if you have any experiences. Any recommendations on where to start? Also I would like to know if you guys can recommend any great foreclosure agent in the area. I also need a great CPA who Is experienced with real estate investors. Please let me know if you know one.
