San Antonio Real Estate Agent needed for Pre-Foreclosure

Hey BP,

I am in search of an agent who is knowledgable with pre-foreclosures. I need somebody who can communicate with the bank on my behalf and somebody who knows what documents are needed from the owner to settle on a price quickly.
