OK, I've received my authorization (NAID#), to sell HUD Properties and wanted to ask the group for suggestions on marketing techniques. What are some of the best methods to market HUD Properties?

Huds are typically lower than market price. Set up your marketing for first time home buyers. Create a website that markets to people that need help buying a house. Post listings on craigslist, every day. Be available all the time.
