Has anyone ever purchased or won an auction off of auction.com or hubzu.com? Is there anyway to find out what the reserve price is before the auction? Every time I bid it never hit reserve...also I'd be interested to hear any ones  experience with purchasing the property and the old homeowner still residing there. Thanks
