Can I Sell With A Corrective Substitution Trustee's Deed?
I had a question, though I need to leave a comment for BP. On the Start a Discussion button, when you get to the end with cities & states, its a jumbled mash of a mess. Can you try to sort it out either by states with sub menus for cities, or alphabetically or ? My head was going to explode until I though to enter D for Dallas and blue squares around the D's made it easier to find. Just a suggestion.
So we foreclosed on a 1st lien note in Houston that came with a good surprise in the form of renters, so we had cash flow and we received a Corrective Substitution Trustee's Deed.
Its recorded, so when we go to sell it, can we sell with that deed, or should we file for a General Warranty Deed?
Any and all help is appreciated!
