Save home from short sale/foreclosure
Hi BP! I'm a newbie with not much knowledge, So excuse my ignorance. I need help trying to find a solution (if any) to save my parents home of 25 years from short sale.
Question: is it possible to use a HML to purchase the home as a buy and hold, make payments until the property has seasoned for about 12 months and then refinance to pay the HML back?
If anyone has here has any suggestions on how to save my parents home (if possible) it would be greatly appreciated! Thanks BP!
