Hi BP, was wondering if anyone out there is or has any recommendations on any foreclosure lawyers in the south Florida market. I believe the lawyer I currently have isn't disclosing all information or is engaging in shady activities. If anyone has any knowledge or advise it would be greatly appreciated.

Hi BP! I'm a newbie with not much knowledge, So excuse my ignorance. I need help trying to find a solution (if any) to save my parents home of 25 years from short sale. Question: is it possible to use a HML to purchase the home as a buy and hold, make payments until the property has seasoned for about 12 months and then refinance to pay the HML back? If anyone has here has any suggestions on how to save my parents home (if possible) it would be greatly appreciated! Thanks BP!

Thanks @Marvin Dean! Always a pleasure to speak with fellow investors.  I really appreciate the great links you've given me.  I've read the beginners guide to real estate investing and have also listened to a couple podcasts including the one about getting started as a wholesaler with Ben Grise. BP is a very helpful site with an abundance of valuable information and I intend on capitalizing on all of it. Hopefully we can share some great investment stories soon!

Best wishes,

Chris
