Attending a County Auction
Hi all,
I'm thinking about attending a county auction. We'd like to see the process and stick around and network.
Has anyone attended auctions in their area? I'm wondering if observers are allowed or if you have to show up with proof of cash to indicate good faith/seriousness in bidding. We don't intend to bid; just to observe. We're in Essex County, NJ and we're learning about these auctions from www.auction.com.
Thanks!
JR
