Chris,

I purchased a list from www.SellMoreREO.com for $25. It was a great list for identifying banks and asset management companies. Personally, i'm looking for the next step, something with actually director and asset manager contact. But the $25 investment was well worth it. It helped me get into 3 more banks = 18 listings.
