Hello is there anyone on here who is familiar with the sarasota and charlotte county foreclosure auctions ? Bought from them before? 

Anyone have any recommendations on a title search agent in the area? any help would be greatly appreciated.

I am a real estate attorney in Sarasota. 

They are both online, Sarasota.Realforeclose.com and Charlotte.Realforeclose.com

Sarasota tax deed sales are still live though.
