Steps to Foreclose on The Right to Redeem

Hello,

I "bought in" on a piece of land at a Georgia Tax Sale March of 2014.  The year redemption period has past and now I can foreclose on the Right to Redeem.  I would love to do this without hiring an attorney.  Has anyone out there done this on their own?  What steps did you take?  Any advice.  I am not totally in the dark, I know the basic steps I just want to make sure I fully understand it all and the anything that can go wrong. Thanks!
