I'm new to the game but excited and want to learn. I would love to buy some foreclosed properties that haven’t hit the market yet.Are there any tricks or tips that you can share on this topic? Like how to get the bank to even look at your offer, or who/ what title should I be trying to call? Anything type of advice will be greatly appreciated.
