I am actively looking for foreclosure/short sale deals in Portland metro-plex area, OR and Vancouver, WA. Can you please provide me any tips around the nature of the market here and where I could typically find this information and if there is anything specific about the markets/process here that you have experienced when buying such type of properties in these areas.
