My wife and I just made an offer on our very FIRST piece of property...REO....I am very nervous as is she, but I know the home will be a great buy. I have been looking at properties for several months now always afraid to pull the trigger......Once I saw this property I just knew I had to get it.......Hopefully my BiggerPockets Community will be available for guidance on my first adventure here.
