Materials in tax sale house?
I bought a house in a tax certificate sale in Indiana, from peeking in the window I can see that they have materials in the house. Windows, flooring kitchen cabinets, tools, etc. Wondering if all of this becomes my property if they don't redeem and I get the tax deed. There is also an enclosed trailer. I was told by a semis trustworthy source that they will give me a sherrif eviction and I can go in and take whatever I want. But they can file suit for the property, but he said he will charge me to remove property and store it. I am wondering if anyone has expierence with this? I am not wanting a "best guest" or talk to your lawyer. Just experience in a similar situation
