Buying at the Auctions (Broward County, FL)

I want to reach out to a local investor who is currently or has invested buying directly from the Online Auction site Broward.Realforeclose.com

I am interested in purchasing from here but quite frankly im scared to death. I have been investing in rehabs for 2 years now and have done 5 homes. I have always purchased from wholesalers or deals I have found myself, this auction business is very different. I am looking to learn from someone who has been there done that and am willing to negotiate a win win for myself and whoever could help me. Maybe a partnership on the first deal.... IDK.

I am ready to go and just need some more know how to move forward.

You can reply here

Thanks!

@Josh Thomas set up a keyword alert for Broward and tax liens or tax deeds. There is a lot that gets posted here about tax liens and deeds.  I have never participated in FL tax sales but my understanding is the interest gets bid down to a point where it doesn't make sense. You also don't get the property like in most tax lien states. The property goes to a separate tax deed sale to pay off the tax liens.

It seems to me the best way to make money is buy properties at the tax deed sales and skip the liens in FL.  That is based on what I have read here on BP in other threads.
