Owner of Short Sale Property Has Stopped Answering My Calls

About a month ago, the owner of a distressed property called me from a yellow letter I had mailed to her and asked me to buy her property.  After our conversation, she agreed to let me handle her short sale (A Lis Pendens had already been filed or I would have just bought the house in cash) through the use of my attorney.  So, my attorney and I have several conversations with the homeowner and we give her the short sale package that needs to be completed.  Ever since then, she has cut off all communication.  My question is does anyone know of a good tactic to get her back communicating with us? I think the paperwork must have been too overwhelming.

Thanks for the help
