Geting the REO list directly from the bank
I am an agent and I want to gain direct access to a banks REO list. I don't have to sell or list them exclusively. I work with a lot of investors and I am scrambling to find a deal from them and usually they don't come from MLS. If anyone has successfully gained relationships with a bank or has advice on how I can go about getting a direct list, please let me know. PM me or email [Edited by moderator, personal contact info in signature only, please.] Thank you!
