Banks and realtors
I was anticipating that when banks have foreclosures, they would seek out Realtors with REO experience or perhaps a realtor specializing in REOs. As I look at the various REOs in a given area, I find REOs listed by a whole host of different Realtors. It seems that Banks are a bit random in who they work through on REOs?
Is this your experience too?
