Hi, I'm looking to make make my first investment purchase. My strategy for now is to buy and hold, I put a bid on a homepath home that was listed at 67,000 for 54, 900. The property has been on market for about 40 days and had one price drop. My agent has not gotten a response yet and it's been almost a week. I was wondering if it is because the offer was too low. Anybody care to share their experience?
