Trying to complete a bank appraisal to continue with short sale but cannot get in touch with occupants for permission! Any ideas?

Thank You!

Hey @Isaac Schulman are you the owner, realtor or prospective buyer?  If you own the property and cannot get ahold of the occupants, post a notice (most likely 48 hours required) that there will be an inspection of the property.

If you're working on behalf of the seller and the seller cannot get ahold of the occupants, I'd follow the same protocol (posting 48 hour notice).

Not sure how you'd interact with the bank if you're the prospective buyer unless you had some contact with the owner/occupant so I don't know how that could be the case.  A little more info would be helpful though.
