Identity Theft

In the process of doing a Short Sale for a property in the Bronx, NY. The bank is ready to appraise but the the property is in the name of a person who has never bought it, lived in it, or seen it... her identity was stolen and used to buy the property in her name.

We do not have the key or access to the home and neither does she.

Any ideas on how this will move forward?

Thank You!
